The name is derived from the fermented leaves which have the distinctive reddish-brown colour. Our organic tea planters have developed healthy, fertile soil by growing with the use of traditional methods and adding organic matter such as compost to feed natural growth. Pesticides are severely restricted, instead organic planters develop nitrogen-rich soil to grow strong, healthy crops using certified EG regulations. It took a while to acquire the taste for it but now I love it and can drink it all day. I have 5 to 8 a day. No weight lose alas as I have seen advertised.
