It is what it is. Decent size, clumsily put together - had to pick out strands of glue from the centre of the tambourine. Little fingers can get to the wiring and although only low voltage, don’t think it would take much to ‘rip’ the wiring out / potential choke hazard. As expected, for use in supervised play only - packaging says over 3yrs only. Chinese writing on the packaging gives it away really. How robust is it? Time will tell

Wouldn’t buy again
Bought this for my sons 3rd birthday. I was disappointed that you can’t switch it on and off though.. in order for it to stop flashing you have to unscrew it and take the batteries out... bit silly that you can’t just turn it off....

No on / off switch. Screw device to open / close battery holder
Fun flashy toy but not practical at all. No off switch and batteries can only be put in or out by unscrewing the battery tab so not really suitable for daily use. Very disappointing

Good value SEN toy
Not the best of quality but great for my 3 year old niece with quad cerebral palsy. Easy for her to grasp, and the lights and noise are great sesnory additions. Low cost means it doesn’t matter quite so much if and when it gets broken.
