I liked this backpack just fine for a while. It was great to be able to close it at various sizes (it's not so much 3 sizes as it is whatever size you what - which is great!). It was a little irritating to have to reach so deep in the bag to find items along the bottom. It would be great if there was a way to unzip a portion of the front from the top so that it was easier to reach. That was a manageable problem though, and it was great for an entire 3 week trip around the globe. I also like all the little pockets around the bag.However, just today, the plastic piece holding the strap to the bottom of the backpack snapped. Luckily it did not happen while I was traveling, and I had just arrived at work, but I have had this only for 6 months. It put up with a lot during my travels, and I do adjust the length of the straps often depending on the weight of the bag, but a part snapping off is not my favorite.Last note: I tried using the charging thing on the side, but it was kinda irritating. It was hard to string the cord through, and it didn't stay in place very well, and my power charger, though it seemed the perfect size for the inside pocket, did not stay very well in the pocket as it was an odd angle for the cord to reach.

If you’re looking for a bad with a big storage this isn’t the one I had bought this for a trip to Mexico thinking it was big but it wasent it has A TON of pockets but you can’t really store much and mine came ripped

The product has yet to be used, so we don't know how well it will hold up. But, the initial design seems to meet the expectations we had for it and my granddaughter, who will be using it, seems pleased with the backpack. Again, time will tell if it holds up to a high school freshman's wear and tear.
