Really cleans the transmission
I purchased this to flush the transmission on my 2004 Honda Accord that need transmission fluid change. It was shifting rough so I decided to do the flush to get it cleaned out before pouring in new fluid. Now the transmission work very good and no more rough shift, had to put Lucas transmission fix with valvoline max life full synthetic transmission fluid.

fixed gear malfunction code on my 2L Chevy Ecotech
My car with 150k miles was sitting for 2 years and after changing ATF it understandably developed problems due to solenoids and valve body being dirty. Gearbox Code came on and car would only shift in manual mode. I drove with the cleaner for 2 days until all shifting issues slowly went away. Currently shifting smooth with no codes, slipping or rough shifting. Product deserves 5 stars in my book.

Seems to work. Highly recommended.
Did a complete flush and replacement with synthetic fluid in 1999 Mercury Grand marquis, and in a 1995 GMC 3500 454 CID with the big towing tranny. Had 13 quarts in the Mercury and 17 in the GMC. Used this in both for an hour before changing.Shifting improved remarkably in both.....something worked.

This additive drains out all the crap from your Transmission & clears the way for the new transmission fluid. I noticed an immediate improvement after putting new fluid in it.

Does what it says. I use it it everytime I do an oil change now. It really helps to breakdown that stubborn sludge stuck in my Chevy z71.
