Changed my life
I used to have some sort of IBS. Maybe it was bile acid syndrome. I tried other probiotics, kinda help but eh. I figured I try this brand. I took 2 twice a day… wow. My life has changed. It has worked well but it did take a few days to notice. I also added yogurt and chia seeds. I switched to a different probiotic brand keeping everything else the same, but it went back to bad.
