Love the facility to easily change coloured tapesThe machine needs a very firm pressure to imprint the tape. Annoyingly despite this it occasionally only partially imprints.

Jams too often
This would be great if it didn't jam so often! You have to press the handle quite hard to get the letter to show on the tape and it jams too often.

Waste of money. Does not work!
This has never worked properly . I had it delivered directly to my brother as a present whilst he was in hospital. He likes to keep busy and I thought it would be a little sedentary job, labelling, that he would enjoy doing even in his weakened health. Unfortunately as he was still unable to receive visitors after his discharge I’m only now able to see him and collect this useless item! Sadly the return window is already closed so I’ve wasted £20.

Total junk, absolutely, not worth it
This is a total piece of junk. It doesn't wind on properly it prints over the same bit again and again, it doesn't cut it precisely it's basically a total mess. The mechanism inside does not allow for the tape to feed through and quite frankly it's just stress and hassle I would not bother. I'm going to send this back and I'm never going to buy a product made by these people ever again.

Doesn't work
Piece of tut and total waste of time.Managed to get 1 print out of it. Faulty product. Looking at all of the reviews I don't know how the seller is allowed to keep on selling these.I have had a replacement item turn up and I've not even been able to print a single label
