Great Value Solar Charger.
Bought this over the bank holiday and it arrived on the wednesday after so top marks for delivery.Decided to give it a "test run" yesterday by using the cig lighter plug to connect it to my jump pack. Before connecting i checked the voltage of the jump pack using its own built in voltmeter at 13.4V and 13.2V with the light on (it has a built in work light) and left the jump pack and the solar panel in the car overnight. Today the battery now reads 13.8V and 13.7V with the light on. So it has definitely charged it up.Later i will make a connector so i can leave it plugged into the car when i'm not using it for a while but so far, so good.

great product 4watt folding solar panel
i do camping using a motorcycle.i charge a large nicad battery(out of one of those jumpstarter thngs)using this panelthen run small inverter off the battery to charge phone run laptop lights.strong great value easy to store on motorbike.i set it up charging my battery in day while i am out on my bike.then use battery at night for all electric bits.the only downside is position of connector in front panel which is prone to water ingress when rains.i am afraid a bit of duck tape is need but for price great.buy a double lighter double socket the use a phone charger direct.will charge a iphone using the panel without any other battery in between

Solar briefcase
So far so good,it seems to do the job. I have a 12v battery in the garage that I usefor charging phones ,shavers ,rechargeable batteries etc. This solar briefcase is proppedup in the garage window and even in this poor summer weather it keeps the battery toppedup. We also use it on the dashboard of our motorhome to top up the leisure battery when weare away on holiday. It is well made and fold up design means the panels are protected whennot in use.

Great Trickle Charger for Car
I use this on my people carrier, since the alternator went, did a time test, as I hadn't moved my car for 5 weeks and started first time!! Granted it does take a while to charge the battery up, it suits my needs perfectly, plus it's not really intended for the use I'd bought it for.Even so, I recommend this product for many uses and the fact that it folds away to protect the screens is a double bonus. I doubt you'd be unsatisfied with this product, unless you're trying to power a flat screen tv!!!

Solar Briefcase
Product is easy to use and effective at keeping my car battery topped up.I like the fact that you can fold it up when not in use which protects the glass panels. The only drawback is that the battery cable is not long enough to get to a typical car battery at the front of the bonnet compartment and there is no no pluggable extension option i.e. you have to cut and reconnect your own connectors. It's OK if you use the cigar lighter socket option, but on my car this is not live when the ignition is turned off.

Solar briefcase
Item as seller described and delivered before the date stated in email. Used this item when I went camping it helped to charge the light I use in the tent at night. I put the briefcase in side my car for the day when out kayaking and when I returned the light was fully charged

Not that good
This is the third one I have purchased and only one works properly. Leads are to short and after very little use the connection to the panel becomes loose and then only works intermittently . Sadly I purchased a cheaper one panel solar charger three years ago and this still works great but I can't remover who the seller was or weather it was from amazon. I would not purchase this item again ,poorly made.

Worked perfectly for about a month, then stopped charging. Probably an issue with the connector but Amazon returns process worked really well.
