no, they are for herbal tinctures, not the tiny ones used for essential oils

Not to my knowledge. But it seems like four drops or so to the stopper.

That said, in most circumstances where your purchasing bottles on Amazon and filling yourself the formulation if done properly will contain a preservative system already or naturally occurring. In that case, you could run a micro-stability & shelf life test at your regional lab and determine if those systems are working and for how long they will be expected to work preventing unwanted microbial growth. The tests are inexpensive and give safety data that is necessary to safely sell and distribute to clients. Then as long as your sources of materials and your lab practices stay consistent you are most likely not going to encounter any issue.
