Very pretty
It’s beautiful. Easy to assemble, and pretty. We couldn’t keep it because it didn’t fit the space required.

You Get What You Pay For.
It is delivered as advertised. It isn't difficult to assemble. They even provide tools, but, not too surprisingly, they aren't of high quality. You would be well advised to use your own. It makes the job easier. Another plus was the thoughtful inclusion of a few extra nuts, bolts etc in case there was an error in packaging those. There wasn't, but I appreciated the gesture.I didn't buy this for use with a laptop. The configuration of my office, the kind of things I do, and the configuration of my desk makes it necessary for me to have something that holds the keyboard for my desktop computer. This not only fits the bill, but the side desktop for the mouse is a plus for me. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.As I said assembly is not difficult, but the system for fastening the stationary top didn't work well and one of the plastic inserts that is designed to hold the screws was either stripped before it came here or I stripped it when assembling. I could not fasten it all the way down, but I did manage to fasten it well enough to use as intended.Another feature that pushed me to buy this was that two of the casters lock. I have hardwood floors and the stand sits on a protective plastic mat. Unfortunately the stand still skids on the mat at the slightest provocation and I am forever putting it back in place. I will not put a cup of coffee on it as I hoped (and as the photo shows). I doubt this would be a problem if the floor was carpeted. Heavier rubber casters would be better, but might leave scuff marks on the floor. The most annoying effect is that the larger top, which can be positioned any way that is comfortable for the user, jiggles while typing. If you are the kind of person who needs to look at the keyboard in order to type, you're going to get seasick. The frame isn't sturdy enough to resist this kind of movement. That would require a heavier gauge steel, possibly a more secure way of holding things together, and of course a significantly higher price. The design is perfect for me which is why I'm so disappointed. I put my laptop (17") on the stand and it fits perfectly. It jiggles just as much, and no matter if you look at the keyboard or the screen, you're going to have to tolerate the movement of the stand. At least my monitor doesn't move when I type.To summarize: this device is as advertised, thoughtfully designed, and it is probably worth what is being charged, but if you are a constant user of a computer, the movement of the stand could quickly become annoying. And spending more for a sturdier stand might make you happier.

Ok, but too tall
My biggest disappointment is the wheels are too tall to fit under my couch. I am petite and like to lean against the arm of the couch with my legs on the cushions, so I planned to use this desk sideways. I also tried sitting forward but the desk does not go low enough.Luckily I have a (poang) chair from Ikea, but it is complicated getting in and out without tripping. Again, the desk is too high/far away if I set it outside the chair legs, so I do some crazy ninja moves to get in and out without knocking everything over. I like the flat desk, and there is enough room to use a mouse - even if it feels uncomfortable with my wrist on the plastic stopper bar. I wonder why they don't make the stops half the size? Anyway, the desk is ok so far. Maybe tall people with high furniture and long arms would love it. Meanwhile, I'm getting my homework done so that's something.

Could Have Been a Great Product, but............
I likely would have rated this desk a 5-star, as it is very nicely configured. It gives me a great price to work on my laptop from my easy chair, without going over to my primary desk. I really thought I was going to love it, however the weld on the primary table beam must not have been fully complete, as over the first ten days of use it continued to sag downward, until yesterday when I came home to find my laptop on the floor, and the surface it had been on laying on the ground next to it. I am going to have to return, or submit a warranty claim - very disappointing, Not sure if I will replace it or not yet, as I am afraid of having it happen again. Like I said, style great, would have been a fabulous product, actual end result very unhappy.

Looks nice, very good height for sofa, not hard to put together
It does what I want it to do, which is to simply hold a book at a good angle on one side of me, while I type on my laptop (on my lap). I'm not using it to hold my laptop. The device seems just a little rickety or wobbly, but not like it's going to fall over or anything. I did try it with my laptop and it works like that, but I like having my laptop in my lap, and using the table for a book I am reading and citing from. I can pile a few books on the other side ("mouse pad").What you get: a lot of little things in plastic bags, along with three metal frame parts, and two wooden desk parts. Comes with the two tools you need to put it together (hex & wrench). It took some mental work to put all the parts together. Not hard, really, but you do have to keep track of all the pieces. Took me around 20 minutes.I was thinking of ordering the "Techni Mobili" one, but it's 3 inches taller at its lowest setting, so that was a no-go. I wanted something that would be at reading level when I'm sitting on the sofa. There were two problems: (A) one of the plastic "bumpers" on the base was busted up into several pieces upon delivery. (B) one of the cross-bars that go under the "mouse pad" part was a little warped, and when I screwed it onto the wooden "mouse pad" part, it stripped the screw hole. It still holds okay, but it was a flaw in the product (bent metal piece). The company says to contact them by email, so I will do that and see if either of these problems can be fixed. Maybe they can send me spare parts. The unit looks very nice. It rolls around okay. I can use it for what I needed it for. It wasn't too expensive. It would probably make a good bed table for anyone who likes to use their laptop in bed (so long as you sit close to the edge of the mattress). It is a very good height for those who like to sit on a sofa with their laptop. When I rotate the main table part, I can still cross my legs underneath the table, and it puts the laptop screen at eye level. I originally thought I would order the Techni Mobili because the name sounds nifty, but then I noticed that the height is three inches taller at its lowest setting, so that doesn't work on a sofa. Also, the One Space model has a better design for the base (5 wheels) that makes it a little sturdier. It looks kind of formidable coming out of the box, with all those little pieces, but if an old lady like me can put it together, then anybody can.BTW, I'm ordering some velcro straps to hold my open book in position on the desktop. Will report on these later.Velcro straps: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01I8VCSK2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Just to add, because some people reported it wouldn't go under their sofa: the distance from floor to top of the "base" = a little over 2 3/4 inches, or 7 centimeters. Also - the unit comes with some kind of plastic deal that you can put over the base where the screws hold it together (to hide the screws), but I didn't put than on it. I think it looks better without it, and if you do put it on, just know that it will raise the base another half inch. It's really not needed, and I think it looks better without it.

Made it 40" high for bed use, a little wobbly but not unbearable, wine doesn't spill......easy to assemble! Looks nice, too.
I am way over 60, female, and put this together today in less than 30 minutes. If you follow the directions bit by bit, it is not difficult. I also used the tools that came with it. Using the long round one (whatever it's called) to hold the screws firm while you tighten the nut with the included wrench helps. I brought it home and finished the assembly bedside, as I am using it to replace an ugly hospital bedside table that I've been using for my laptop and iPad. My laptop is 13" Lenovo and lightweight. I cheated a bit and elevated it to 40" high instead of the legal 38", which means there was only one hole to screw the handle into on the leg. I am hoping it holds up, would appreciate any ideas for jury-rigging that leg! As others have commented, it is a bit wobbly. I am typing this with my laptop on the primary surface (angled) and my glass of wine on the side bar. The wine in the glass is moving around and I can feel the entire stand jiggling, but it doesn't impact my typing---the table, not the wine! :-) LOL. It looks much nicer than that blasted hospital bedside table! It is also lighter so I will be able to move it into another room to use at a chair. It reaches out across the bed as far as the hospital bedside table did, so no complaints there. I am seated comfortably in bed with the wedge pillow I bought on Amazon, my legs crossed, and ready for some more wine! PS My husband is going to tighten up all my screws to see if that will improve the stability (of the table, not my mind.)

A Great Product At A Great Price
I needed a laptop table for my guest room. One was found at a store that specializes in “Containers,” organizing closets, and kitchens. But it cost almost $300! It was very snazzy and techie but oh-my-gosh $300??!! Then I found this item on Amazon and thought, "What the heck. The price is right." So, I ordered it. It came in a flat box with some assembly required. As it was being assembled, a problem was discovered. Look at the photo. See the bottom piece that has the five wheels on it? Four wheels make up a square and the fifth wheel is on the end. Well the metal piece into which the wheels attach arrived with the hole for the fifth wheel stamped on the top, not the bottom! I thought, "Oh no.... I'm going to have to return this whole thing just to get this mess fixed." But customer service was wonderful. I emailed them the problem being sure to include a photo of how the piece had been punched incorrectly. It was only a few days before a new part arrived (no request for the bad piece to be returned), and in probably 30 minutes the table was assembled. The laptop table has worked wonderfully. Guests have appreciated how far it slips under the bed so they can use it while lounging. It also works well with the comfy chair in the same room. They’ve commented on how nice it is that there is a shelf that remains stationary while the rest of it can be tilted to hold their laptops at an angle they prefer. All in all, this has been a perfect addition to my guest room AND I saved almost $250.

Unexpected quality, just some bumps on the top messing up the finish
Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the piece. Extra hardware included in the kit and some pretend tools that you assemble it with if you don't have a mm Hex driver or a thin mm wrench of your own. The top is a nice cherry that actually matches the furniture in the room. There is only 1 flaw in the top and it is on the top edge of the mouse pad section...a staple or a piece of scrap wood is popping up through the base particle board and about to puncture the finish laminate. You can put this together without the instructions. Rounded edges go to outside ends for table tops. Looks like I might have to use some thread locking compound on the bolts with nuts. Tops have nylon inserts in the top so be sure not to over tighten the nuts in these as you can pull the out and ruin the top. I'll definitely keep it as it fits my 17" display HP DV7-7000CTO laptop with a broken display hinge and the lap top sits atop an additional cooling fan and everything is sitting pretty, nice and snug. I'll contact the Customer Service dept of the manufacturer about a replacement top.

Cannot slide under sofa and not long enough to use in bed
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GFZZBX4/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0OneSpace 50-JN01 Angle and Height Adjustable laptop desk has a beautiful wood finish and was rather simple to assemble. However, with casters on the legs (and possibly even without) the bottom crossbar will not slide under my couch, so I cannot use it while reclining on my sofa. Perhaps other people's sofa's have a sufficient gap for the crossbar to slide underneath. It will slide under a bed but since the desk does not extend very far from the adjustable central support, the user would have to sit uncomfortably close to the edge of the bed to type. So, it has some uses and it's a good looking piece of furniture, but the places where I can sit and use it in my home are limited. If ever I felt like standing and using a laptop, it would be good for that. I like that it's on wheels.

Good table, cheap parts!
The reason this only got three stars is they use Plastic nuts in the stationary side table. They broke loose before a week had passed. I will have to go and get nuts to fit the bolts and figure out how to get them seated in bottom. I did not strip them. The plastic nuts are just crap and break. I saw they were only plastic and was careful screwing in the bolts. This is its one downside. Otherwise its a good laptop or reading table for your bed or couch. They need to upgrade to metal there. This means a trip to the hardware store by bicycle and its over 3 miles. Not fun.

Only reason i kept it is because I'd have to ...
Only reason i kept it is because I'd have to take it all apart before returning it. It was easy to assemble, however taking it apart is too cumbersome. It isn't as good as billed, the table is too short so you have to sit at the edge of your bed. You can't really relax on the bed and use computer. To top it all off the fixed table is broken already the screws and screw holders having come off. It will only go under the couch if the couch is about 6 inches off the floor. Comfort Products, not. I don't usually give reviews, but I couldn't help myself truly disappointed.

Great for sitting in bed or the living room
This thing is awesome, especially for the price. Sometimes I don't want to go to my office to work so its nice to have this next to the couch or roll it into the bedroom. If you have a couch that sits low it won't roll under it but it rolls under the bed just fine. it's also adjustable. Even my son loves it when he's using his Ipad. I mostly enjoy the extra flat tray next to it for your coffee and mouse or as a writing spot.
