I've been using beard trimmers for over 40 years. Never bought the best but never went with the cheapest either. It didn't seem to matter the price or the maker. They all seem to fail within a year or two.I read the reviews on this one and decided to pay a little more. To see you if the reviews were true. I work with many different types of hand tools throughout my working career. And usually first impression is when you pick up that tool and hold it in your hands you just know. It had a really good weight to it. It felt like a quality tool. And then when I turned it on it was much quieter than any other I've had.I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and the difference is just night and day. Now I know what I've been missing all these years. All the different attachments are actually useful with this one. I really dig the tapered ones for your sideburns. This thing is a game changer.I just hope it lasts as long as it feels like it should.

Doesn't cut stubble quite as short as the last 2 Whall trimmers I've had, but feels like it doesn't struggle nearly as much to cut thick hair either. Build quality and battery life is probably as high as you could want, i've used it for weeks now and yet to charge it again. Only thing that would make this better is getting a stand with it that makes it less likely to fall over and keeps it from sitting in moisture. Would recommend for anyone seeking a good beard trimmer.

I used to have the series of this that was the previous generation. That one finally died after 7 years of usage and so I got this. Needless to say, I am still very happy with this one.

I tried several shavers before writing this review and the Norelco 9000 23 piece stands out as the best. Its been a few months now and the body grooming attachment is a must have and does not nick “anywhere” very smooth and easy/ quick to use. Also the multiple adjustable heads, nose / ear attachment and accessories are all convenient. I have not had to recharge the unit since purchasing - excellent battery life. Quiet, powerful, case holds all the attachments, cord and shaver well. Its been a few months and looks like new and is used every day. Nothing has broken and durability is good so far despite some of the attachments seeming fragile- everything is holding up well and should last years ( and attachments can be purchased separately anyway) on the web should one eventually need replacing. Not the closest face shave if comparing to a dedicated smooth face shaver but the best “All in One” out there.

This is by far the best multi-function trimmer I've ever used. Yes, it has a lot of attachments you might never use, but the critical ones for me are the mini shaver, adjustable guide and ear/nose trimmer. The bare trimmer is sharp and results in clean lines and the powerful motor has retained plenty of power; in the last two months since getting it I have not had to charge it since the initial full charge and I use it every other day. The biggest plus for me is the mini shaver attachment that I just the right size for trimming around the ears. I've always been rather hairsute - extremely hairy and as I get older, this trait is ever more manifested with my ears. The mini shaver attachment leaves my ears smooth and clean. This trimmer really does do it all.

The design of the grip and weight give a confident feel while performing exactly as expected - many attachments, with a few as the go-to for regular trimming. It’s easy to clean and stores nicely in the included case, for home or travel.

Upon opening the delivery, I was met with immediate disappointment. The product box, while accurately labeled with the correct model, contained an entirely different item inside. Not only was the model incorrect, but the contents were incomplete, lacking several advertised pieces.To add to the frustration, the condition of the product was far from new. It bore clear signs of extensive use, with stray hairs entangled within and a concerning amount of rust on its surfaces. This was particularly alarming given that the packaging appeared to be sealed and unopened.I have since requested return of the product, requesting a replacement. My hope is that this was an isolated incident and that the replacement will be the correct, brand-new model as originally purchased.
