The AQA GCSE Chemistry Student Book from Oxford is everything I hoped it would be for my revision needs. It’s well-organized and aligns perfectly with the AQA exam specification, making it an ideal companion for focused study sessions. Each chapter is clearly structured, breaking down challenging topics into manageable sections with lots of real-world examples and easy-to-understand explanations.One of the best features is the “check your progress” questions at the end of each section, which help solidify my understanding before moving on. The diagrams and illustrations are incredibly detailed and colorful, bringing abstract concepts to life and making topics like atomic structure, chemical bonding, and organic chemistry much easier to grasp. The online resources that accompany the book are an added bonus, with plenty of quizzes and videos that reinforce what I’ve learned.Overall, this book has made my GCSE chemistry revision much less stressful and even enjoyable.

Don't be put off by the reviews stating that the answers are missing from the book - I had an emailed set of complete answers to the whole book within 24 hours. Nether the less, it is a bit of a pain having to ask for them, they should be included as a printed insert (hence the 4 stars rather than 5).

What can I say, learning science can be boring and difficult. But this book consolidates necessary knowledge perfectly, has revision questions with answers after each chapter. Very useful.
