Faced with a lot of lifting, twisting and driving, with long-term back problems, this belt provided both support and reassurance. And it is comfortable enough to wear for long periods.

One end has a very small piece of velcro which is insufficient to secure it compounded by having a label put there as a result when you move or bend the belt comes undone

Don't fit the sizes it claimed

the product was good quality but did not fit me properly so did not give the support I needed. probably fine for different person.

I wear large in everything, I got large in this, I could wrap it around a bulloch it's so big. I can't tighten it enough because of where the velcro is located. Order at least one size smaller than you would usually wear, maybe two to be safe.

First initial thought is that this should support the back well enough. I've brought this for my mum for temporary support until he proper one comes through the NHS. she finds it comfortable and feels that it supports well enough.

I suffer from sciatica it really helps

he is trying it out so far he said it was very comfortable ,cannot comment any more
