Great, but does need staining and a finish

QC is not good
At first glance everything looks good.However, as I'm putting it together, several issues came up. They didn't ship enough hardware for all the steps that came with the kit. Mounting holes in the steps weren't drilled in the correct location. The wheel assemblies (with brakes) were missing parts. The mounting brackets for the wheels were bent too tight - requiring me to remove wood on the bottom edges of the ladder sides for the wheels to fit properly. The "very minimal" installation manual recommends placing the wall mounting brackets every 32", but they didn't ship enough brackets in their kit to meet their suggested spacing (I didn't select the mounting bracket qty when I ordered the kit - they did).On top of these issues, sending multiple requests for help through their online customer contact page has yet to produce one reply.I will eventually get this sorted out (I hope) and assembled, but I shouldn't have these issues at this price point.
