It's great product which I use for almost 2 years on original batteriesMostly automotive stuff, works great. Instructions are not for newbies, you need to know what you are doing to use it or research functions onlineOnly drawback: it doesn't have a amp setting

For the price, this is probably the cheapest DC clamp meter.It seems to be reasonably accurate, except that the DC clamp mode will always show around a 3 volt offset by default. You can't zero it out (despite the manual suggesting otherwise), to get a useful reading you have to go into relative mode. It's a minor annoyance, but a strange oversight.The temperature probe is OK. It seems to work.The leads are decent enough, it comes with both probes and clamps.The case it comes with isn't great. There isn't anywhere to stow the leads, so it all gets tangled up in a mess.Overall, it's a cheap clamp meter that is accurate enough for most work, apart from the strange DC amps range zeroing.

I bought this for DC current measurement and for the brief time I have used it, it seems to work well. Good price for a product that works as described. Not all clamp meters will do DC measurement within the clamp but this one does!

So far I have only used this as an ammeter - it works well for both AC and DC. It comes with a handy case and is highly recommended

Build quality is poor. This meter specifies it can measure DC and AC volts by its clamp but it couldn't. It only was capable of doing this with the probes. They should have made this known when they wrote the spec in the advert.
