It just works. Despite some reviews stating that it is "too wet" and wrongly criticising the incredibly simple cap, this stuff is easy to mix, easy to use (when applying a little common sense) and absolutely tough as old boots.Twist and pull off the cap to open the twin tube dispenser and give the tubes a few taps to make sure there's no air trapped in either, push the plunger to squeeze out the 2 components, ensuring that they come out in equal amounts, mix well and, unless you need a really liquid material, leave for around 5 minutes, possibly even a little longer if you're using it on a vertical surface, so that it thickens up a bit. Do make sure to replace the cap the right way round, though - quite easy to do, since the component liquids are black and white.Once applied, it sets in 20 to 30 minutes (rarely the 15 minutes stated on the packaging), so you will have time to shape and smooth it as it starts to cure and might need to hold, clamp or tape a joint in place for a while. Other than that, once it has fully cured (I ended up leaving it for 24 hours, just to make sure, as it was still soft enough to indent with a fingernail, even after a couple of hours) it is both sandable and any overspill can be cut off or shaped with a sharp blade. I can only guess that those who have said it "didn't set" hadn't taken care to make sure there were equal amounts of the two components before mixing, as it is much like any 2 pack type adhesive or filler - too little hardener/activator means the product won't cure and harden.Honestly, when mixed and applied correctly, this product is so good that I have absolutely no issues with it and have ordered more for various other plastic repairs I need to do!Given how good it is, I think it's pretty good value, too.

Great strength,easy to mix with good initial grab. Ive been using JB Weld products for years,never had a problem. Can be shaped,drilled,filled,compleatly waterproof,infact i repaired the corroded waterways on a pair of V12 Jaguar cylinder heads using the steel fix version. Had them faced,refitted them and still going strong 10 years on. Multi use,imo best epoxy adhesive on the market at a terrific price.5⭐️'s all day long.

JB Weld ~ quality glue that sticks !! Used on some plastic exterior car trim and this worked a treat. Bonded quickly and so far has stood up to the wettest of weather . Tried a few others that simply didnt hold up....recommend this.

I used it to repair a polypropylene part that had snapped. The bond seemed OK initially, but it quickly failed under mild vibration. The failure mechanism was the adhesive debonding from the parts. Maybe CA would work better than this stuff.The adhesive itself seems to set strongly, so I expect it would be OK on easier to bond materials.

This is a really excellent glue/bonding agent. Seems to form a very strong bond with nearly everything. Even enabled me to repair the door mirror mount after a tipper lorry knocked my mirror off. Wouldn’t e without this in my toolbox - that’s why I bought the bigger pack.

product is perfect but order wrongly as wanted to order clear one its colour is black if you are looking to use on clear surface not right fit

This was an easy to use product for a novice like me.I used it to fix a 4” crack in the rear plastic bumper. Sanded it to give a rough surface and then gave it a good clean.The product mixed easily and was easy to apply.Seems to have done the job perfectly. I just need to sand it a bit now and use some touch in paint.
