Works great to get smooth frosting
This is great and easy to use. I'm an excellent baker but my decorating skills definitely need work. Having this scraper helps me get smooth clean lines on my cakes and definitely makes them look more professional

Left black marks
This thing left black marks on the cake platter as I was using it to smooth frosting. It had been thoroughly washed and dried prior to use. It happened twice so I threw it away.
