After reading that Brazil nuts could lower cholesterol naturally, I bought these and started eating one (if I could stop at that!) a day. A couple months later I had my cholesterol tested and it had dropped substantially. Yes, I was trying Lipitor at the same time, but not consistently. These nuts are so tasty, fresh, the right moistness. Try and get that from a medicine! I would highly recomment

I have an underactive thyroid and have been adding selenium rich foods to my diet and Brazil nuts are a great option. These are roasted and salted to perfection, so good! I've really enjoyed these. I may alternate using raw Brazil nuts too, these are a little pricey but worth it. Also, I love that I can contribute to preserving the rainforest through this company. 90% of the nuts are delicious. I do stumble across some that taste old/rancid.The ziplock feature on the bag is very strong, however it is also stronger than the glue used to secure it to the bag. This means the glue fails sometimes, preventing the bag from resealing

I was reading about the nutritious benefits of Brazilian Nuts and decided on these as they are organic. Size of each nut is large. 1 serving a day is good for my thyroid and actually satisfies my hunger in the morning with a cup of tea.
