I wish steam is stronger on this unit. it takes time to iron wrinkly shirts and pants. However this steamer still works since I purchased it , more than year ago, and that is certainly plus. I use regular tap water, not distilled. I tried distilled water, no difference. I have been using this unit at least 5 out of 7 days in week and still works like the day I purchased. So yeah 5 stars from me

This steamer is awesome, works fast & effortless!I ordered a shirt that had "folded creases" when Ii opened it, the Bear steamer removed them easily & super fast. Very light weight & holds plenty of water.I worked definitely suggested this product to everyone

Love it
Good value for the money. It does its job perfectly. The water tank lasts long enough to do a few bits of clothing, it’s not too tedious to fill it back up- although the hole to do so is a little small. Other than that, it’s easy enough to take around, to be able to steam my clothes before festivals and comic-cons
