I have been using this robot vacuum for roughly two months now and I really like it! I used to have cleaning ladies mostly to wash my floors, and this little robot costs less than two house cleaning sessions. Does it do a perfect job? No. But does it help a whole lot? Yes it does! Mind you, I don't have pets, so if you do, you may need something more robust, but heck, try this one first! But the dust collection bin on it is pretty small and probably wouldn't be sufficient if you have a lot of pet hair. I am very impressed with the battery life. We'll see how long it lasts. I don't use the robot everyday, maybe 2-3 times a week and take it down to about 18% battery. I like to blockade it into a room and just leave it run for a good while. Before using it, I do rinse and fairly saturate the Terry cloth mop piece, it seems to help. Wash it after using with soap, think of it as a towel. You can buy more on Amazon. I love that I can open the Tuya Smart App and see how much battery is left, change the cleaning pattern, water usage level. I am very happy I was able to get this robot vacuum for under $200. I love that I can place it nearby it's charging station and press "charge" in the app, and it takes itself back home. Very cute! I do recommend it!

My first robot, so it, and I, were on a learning experience together. I use the mop function all the time when it is running. I do not like the App - or the scheduling in the app. To the item itself. It has a rather small storage container that needs to be emptied each time it finishes its cleaning cycle. The mop attachment tends to get curled over when in use - which is a bit annoying. However, to the good side, it vacuums like a little robot should, and picks up hair and other debris even after I have vacuumed with a stick vacuum. I am very impressed with the vacuum side of the robot. It gets stuck easily. I have furniture that it finds its way under on the side, but then cannot get back out because the front is a smaller gap. So constantly a rescue mission. Same happens with my rocker recliner in the living room, it can get in the back (which it does every time!) but then gets stuck as it cannot find its way out (I thought robots would be smarter) I would prefer if you could just program it to NOT go to places, but you have to put up boundaries to prevent this - in my case, that means closing the bedroom door and cleaning it manually, and putting items around the rocker so it can't get in the space. But, for my first robot I am happy, but will definitely upgrade to a smarter one when this one is no longer valid (which I hope isn't too soon!).

Context: We had a Eufy robovac ordered from Amazon in past. It lasted 3 years, and then we needed to replace it. I ordered this product because mop/vacuum combo sounded good, and it had decent reviews.Cons:-The intake brushes (the swirling brushes in the front that sweep debris into the center suction vent) were not working properly. The right one spun at a regular rate similar to my old Eufy robovac. The left one spun at 1/2 the rate. I tried charging the robovac longer. I tried switching the brushes from one side to the other. None of this resolved the discrepancy in the rate of spin of the brushes. The left side just wasn't spinning at the correct rate.-Charging station. When I set up this station and the robovac tried to dock with it the front 2 circling intake brushes would knock aside the charging station, and then the robovac couldn't dock with the station. I tried this 5-8 times, and each time the robovac knocked aside the charging station and couldn't dock. It would knock it aside then back up then move forward to dock then knock the station aside then back up and move forward and attempt to dock again. This repeated until I turned off robovac.I had to hold the charging station down by my hand to make it heavy enough, so the robovac could not knock it aside and prevent docking. I would have had to add some weight to the top of the station to anchor it, so it would not get knocked around, but I did not have to do this with the Eufy robovac.-The mop function is not convenient nor is it ready for prime time. If you fill the mop cartridge with water, the robovac will roll over carpet and hard floor without discerning which area needs moping. You have to block off anything with carpet or roll up rugs, so the mop option doesn't wet the carpet.I don't have time to go the robovac and roll up carpet and set up barriers every day or however many times a week to allow the mop function to work. This was very inconvenient.Pros:-NoneI returned this robovac that same week it was delivered.
