Not very helpful
Bought this more than once from Amazon, because the first time I bought it, it fell out of my nose in the middle of the night and I lost it. So I had to order another one. In both instances, however, it was a wasted purchase, because my roommate informed me that despite placing it in my nose at night, I was still snoring liking a landslide down the side of a rocky mountain. So this thing doesn't really work.
