Purchased this item based on some reviews and was intending to use this for a Kids garden party.At nigh on £60 you'd think it was the bees knees...In reality, the Party Kit is useless, the Wand ropes don't create any decent bubbles, the variety of Wands is pathetic, one of which is a PLASTIC WATERING CAN END COVERED IN A SOCK... Seriously !!!The magic is supposed to be in the ZigZag mixture. Let me tell you the Magic stops at the advertising, because even when you mix the Solution into the correct parts per water, the 9/10 pop instantly.Don't waste you money, by £50 worth of Poundland/Works or anywhere else, you will be seeing ZigZags with anger after buying this garbage.

I thought I'd get some bubbles for the kids party and this kit was perfect - came with several bubble 'wands', stuff to make your own different shaped wands, a bubble 'foamer' and loads of game ideas in the little booklet..plus we've got loads of bubble mix left over - just as well really as the kids didn't want to stop. I've bought giant bubble kits before but this beats them all hands down- massive bubbles and loads of game ideas, plus I really like that they are more environmentally friendly than other bubbles on the market . Recommended

Absolutely the best bubbles ever. Kept as many adults entertained as kids. My new go-to for wearing out energy-filled children.

Pricey but proved very popular

This is a really great bit of kit you get four of the rope wands, two that make huge bubbles and two that make lots of smaller bubbles. The paper straws and bottle foamer that the one star reviewer wasn't happy about have been replaced by a bamboo foamer and bamboo straws. You can see one of the straws in the photo of the table and the foamer is just to the left of the black handles. You also get some pipe cleaners and a small wand with pipe cleaner that you can shape although bubbles are usually spherical...The foamer makes long snakes of small bubbles and the straws make lots of little bubbles. But the main attraction is the huge bubbles you can make with the rope wands! they are cracking and on a slightly blustery day shot up into the air and blustered about splitting into smaller bubbles that lasted for ages.You get 1L of CONCENTRATE bubble mix that you dilute 1 part mix to 4 parts water so you have 5L total mix to play with. I used 200ml to make 800ml of mix which was defiantly enough for a good long play and so im hoping it will last for a while. You also get some ideas for games activities in a leaflet with times they are expected to run which is good for parties.The company Dr Zigs is based in Wales and their blurb is all about sustainability and using local and sustainable materials which I applaud, although I think over £80 is a bit steep for what you get. If it was not a small UK cottage business (a quick google of their website shows they are a small set up) I would not be giving it 5 stars due to the price and if you think its a bit steep im sure there are cheeper sets out there. But it does work great, is quality product and if you want to support local and are happy to pay the premium you won't be disappointed.

I am so glad we didn't waste nearly a hundred pounds on this because its rubbish. The wands feel cheap and like they will break any second and the solution is awful. We had a hard time getting the bubbles to any significant size and the big ones we did manage to make popped before they left the wand. If anyone has £100 to spend on bubbles do yourself a favour and get a cheaper set because you will be disappointed with this one.

Great bubble wand but the solution is rubbish.Got this for my 3 year old son who loves chasing and popping bubbles like most kids.It creates loads of massive bubbles which amazes my son.We replaced the solution with our own as the ones supplied are not great.Really easy and simple to set up and great for summer.

We love Dr Zigs bubbles and the concentrated bottles (reducing plastic use) last for ages! The giant bubble wand is so much easier than hyperventilating trying to blow enough bubbles to keep my 5yo happy :D Love that they care about the environment too.
