Do not buy this product. There is no spring ...
Do not buy this product.There is no spring in the thrower consequently the ball very rarely leaves the thrower.I have used a number of different balls with the same effect. My dog is fed up with having to run a fair distance and then having to come back to try again. For the sake of my dog I have chosen to dump the thrower in the bin,rather than return to the seller. It is the least I can do for a loyal dog. BEWARE

Short lifespan.
Seemed ok at first although slightly shorter than I expected; however, after fairly short use (during the first session) the head began to stop gripping the ball until it eventually wouldn't even hold it long enough to pick it up never mind go through the full movement required to launch the ball. The ball is also quite flimsy, my dog is quite soft mouthed and the ball still managed to burst after 3 or 4 retrievals. My pooch is very disappointed.

Worthless is a word higher in value than this product
One star isnt low enough... first throw went backwards, 2nd went nowhere I ended up just throwing it in bin nearby and throwing it by hand.... even the gour yr old next door could throw it further than this did... and thats not sarcastic comment we actually tried... if anything this does the opposite of making an easy job of throwing and makes it a chore thats awkward and never done.... buy this if you want to waste your time or money.

Thrower brilliant...ball rubbish
This thrower is a nice size and the ball goes a good distance, but, big but, the ball supplied is rubbish. The dog played with it inside while I put the packaging away and it was shredded into tiny bits within less than five minutes. So great plastic thrower but but forget the ball.

Doesn't throw far enough ahead
Disappointing. I find that the ball just gets thrown straight down to the ground instead of throwing to a decent distance in front.The others I've had all throw beautifully into the distance. Would not buy again

not a good quality ball
Used it for the first time, ball lasted about three minutes and we only have a small dog,not a good quality ball ,would not purchase again

Flimsy and not fit for purpose
This item is flimsy and not designed well. It doesnt even hold the ball it came with. Returning item and buying another elsewhere. Deliberately didnt select the cheapeat option as wanted a good quality item but disappointed. Cannot recommend this product.

Not a good chuckle
I guess it wasn’t expensive so I can’t be too mad but it doesn’t work very well at all.
