Completely impressed by their service. The speaker came next day by DPD delivery, I actually dot the 1 hour slot via SMS. Brilliant. It is a good looking device that wont ruin your setup on professional events and works pretty well for the money. Sound is loud and clear. I compared it to my Bose SoundDock 10 which is £500 speaker and I can say the loudness is pretty much the same, difference you can hear is quality of the sound. But then you pay 3 times more. On the end I figured out I can't compare this two products as this speaker is all about being transferable, being able to play 8 hours on battery, has 2 microphones, has a loud and good sound... I believe it's a good value for the money.I'm gonna use it for playing music on seminars and probably will need 2 when there will be more than 200 people. Will try and come back how it went. For now I'm very satisfied with the purchase

Tested it briefly and it seemed OK. But used it for the first time properly today at a business presentation. The main unit seems fine but the microphones, although they had new batteries in and were in close range of the main unit repeatedly failed. They feel poorly made and it seemed to be a loose connection on the on/off switch on both of them. Disappointing -Update - batteries supplied in microphones were dead - replaced them and worked very well!

This system is fabulous, everything I wanted and more. I have wanted to do some busking along to backing tracks for a while but didnt want to fuss around with batteries, this charges quickly and so far battery life seems excellent. Sound quality and volume is huge for its size and so easy to transport. Soundcard just loads tracks from laptop and works with remote control. So easy.

This system is ok for the price paid.Pro's- It's Lightweight, Portable and will run on Built-in Battery without loss of volumeCon's - It has a very little bass capacity, It will distort when turned up, the microphones supplied with it will drop signal and it has a mid to sharp cheap sounding tone.Overall, I have found this speaker to be adequate for the purpose of a small dance class. It's comparatively cheap, the build quality is fair and it is easy to transport.

I bought this mostly for home use for karaoke. I didn't want to spend a lot and this seemed to have the right balance of quality vs cost that I wanted.The good:The range of inputs is very good although I understand there is a slightly higher specification model that also offers Bluetooth.The speaker offers plenty of output (much more than I need to be honest)The sound quality is good for the money at both low and high levels.The graphic equaliser via the remote is good and gives a good variety of sound.It's a fairly decent looking piece of kit.It has standard fittings and so it sits very well on my Gorilla stand.The wheels and handles are useful although the wheels could probably do to be a little bigger.The remote is a useful extra facility.The not so good:The hiss levels are quite high when the mics are on or if you have anything connected via the line in. Turning off the mics stops it if only the mics are attached. However you don't notice any hiss when anything is being played through it.One of the mics wasn't working when I first set it up but Pro Audio replaced this immediately and without any fuss.The mics are not great quality but are fine for my use. Probably wouldn't be robust enough for constant use.The speaker did have a few scratches on it but as I needed it for the weekend I didn't make any fuss about this. Fortunately they are not that noticeable.Overall I think this is a good, versatile and relatively cheap pa set up and I'd recommend it.

I was looking for a system to use at training workshops that I run, with two presenters. This fits the bill nicely. I already take computers, projectors and screens, so I needed a compact and portable unit, with two radio microphones. Look what I got!I also occasionally give commentaries at outdoors events, so having a mains-free option is handy.One little niggle, not even worth -1/4 star, is that when the microphones are on and not in use there is an audible hiss - "turn microphones not in use off" is the solution; but I am sure the hiss would not be noticeable in a room full of people and all the usual background noise.Very, very pleased to have this useful bit of kit without breaking the piggy bank.Well packaged and quickly delivered too!

PA system stopped working after only 6 weeks of light use. Seller offered to repair but only if I returned it at my own expense. Due to the weight and nature of the PA system, the cost to have it returned is extortionate. After only recently paying for the system itself, I can't afford to have it sent back or purchase a replacement. I'm stuck with a broken unit. So disappointed and angry.

Good speaker. Easy to move around. Good sound quality. 3rd time we have bought this system over the years.
