OMG!! Life changer!!!!
The media could not be loaded. Ok, this is going to be long but this tiny little thing deserves a proper recognition!! I live in a high rise. My unit does not have a washing machine installed in it because I was quoted $40k for the installation and that’s just a no-go, considering they can only place it in the living room. The building has a laundry room, which is nice, but what is not nice, is that even as an owner who pays monthly dues and all, I still have to pay $2.50 per load!! Insanity, right? So I’ve been holding back on getting one of these for years because I was skeptical of their abilities. Well, things have changed. This thing is absolutely amazing! I am so excited, I already did 3 loads and all my laundry is done! Of course, bigger things will still have to go in the common laundry, but regular clothes and underwear and other smaller items will no longer be washed in the common room! I am ecstatic! Only limitation is no centrifuge, but I do not mind at all. Also, the hose does not fit any of my faucets as they are not standard, but that’s no problem either because I just fill it up manually. Seriously, if you are in the same situation as me, do yourself a favor and get this life changer! Super easy to use, very space efficient, and gets the job done!

Would be perfect… if it worked.
First time using it, and it works great for the wash cycle. Try and do a rinse cycle and it just stops running halfway through. Contacted support to be informed that the motor can overheat and to wait until it cools down. I only had a few items in the machine and it was not overloaded. Sounds like they cheaped out on the motor and it’s undersized, which nearly makes this product unusable.

I realize it doesn’t fully drain the water after.
The media could not be loaded. Skip the manual provided, it doesn’t apply to this because it doesn’t have a start button like it says in there. It looks like they took that from a bigger appliance elsewhere. This is very simple to use. It lights up and spins both ways. I just had to use an extension to keep it in the bath tub for draining as the apartment I live in does not have any floor drain(although these should be plugged directly for safety). The washer is powerful and light. Just dont fill it too full as the drainage hose isnt too long or big or you may expect some to spill while attached. Water filling hose is not automatic so u better watch it before it gets too full and set the timer and come back. Also not recommended to be soaked in water since the machine is at the bottom. It has cleaned all the small clothes i put in. Im not crazy about how much labor I still put in, I feel like I could get more from the price I paid like a shut off valve that automatically opens and drains when the timer ends. Cause it still is time consuming to fill with water using a small hose and fill again to wash out.It does not ding when the timer ends. It has that manual washing machine sound. It needs a flat surface or it will slide. Its pretty basic and color is neat. It does not completely drain as I saw some water sitting at the bottom, what should I do?The washer is strong though!

Works generally well. Mine has an issue. But customer service was amazing
The issue is where sometimes it just doesn't spin. And I have to wait out the timer and try again and then sometimes it works.Update: eventually it stopped working. But they sent me a new one. And I really appreciated it!I Can't recommend this item: but I do recommend the seller for their customer serviceDefinitely smaller loads then I thought. A bit tedious to fill manually for every part of the washing process and takes forever to dry, without the spin cycle normal washing machines have. But cheap and affordable. I love it, works great for someone without hookups and a little bit of time and patience. (Also a place to fill and drain the water.) (Can you use the bathtub?, if not it will be tricky.)Biggest complaints: no handles, no instructions on how to wash and cycles.Biggest surprise: quiet, and fun to watch.

Not a replacement for a washing machine
I was very excited for this to arrive but disappointed when it did. The item is very cheaply made. The clothes were soaking wet after the cycle and took days to dry. It is very light, however it has no handles or practical way to move it once it is weighed down with water and clothes so you must add the water in the same location you plan on dumping the dirty water. The sellers were very reluctant to issue any sort of refund (a portion was kept for return shipping) and wrote me several times asking me to keep it. This item is not a realistic replacement for a washing machine.

Big and touchy
I bought this washer for my nylons and underwear washings, so that I didn't have to use the common laundry machines at my apartment. For some reason I didn't realize it would need to be permanently hooked up to a water line and then be in a position on the floor with a drain. That's probably my fault, I should have spent more time reading about the product before buying it.I set it in my sink and it washes pretty okay. It doesn't to a spin dry. When it is over, the water needs to be squeezed out. I've done a dry run afterwards, but it doesn't seem to do much. Also, the lid must be kept open after use for good. It gets musty smelling easily if it is ever closed. For my use, it was not the one I needed. It's pretty, though.

So far so good
It's exactly what I wanted: quiet, compact, and easy to move. I'm surprised by this little thing! However, be careful not to add too much in one load. I've found that when I had a pair of jeans in the washer with a bunch of smaller clothes, the motor started making a sound like one of those wind up car toys. I removed the jeans and did a separate wash with just that one pair, and a couple minutes in, the washer started making that noise again. Hoping it can handle a towel at least, and maybe the motor is just getting worn in or something. I also found these tiny little almost like rubber pieces underneath the washer, maybe they're coming from the motor? So, 5 stars for now, will update if it breaks...Edit: wanted to mention I'm using this thing with a panda spinner, which I had before I purchased this. It doesn't have a basket or spinning function, it only agitates the clothes, so you'll need something else or some other way to dry the clothes
