The dreame D10 Plus is by far the best robot vacuum I’ve ever used. Setting it up was a breeze — the app is intuitive and easy to install, and configuring the robot took just a few minutes. The mapping feature is excellent, with very clear, detailed maps that let you easily swap between multiple floors, which is a huge convenience for my multi-story home. The robot is smart enough to notify you when it’s blocked or needs maintenance, which helps avoid frustration. Cleaning performance is outstanding — it does a great job on both hard floors and carpets, picking up dust and debris efficiently every time. Although I haven’t used the mopping function yet, the vacuuming alone exceeds my expectations. Changing the storage bag is quick and hassle-free, and the self-emptying station is fantastic — it alerts you when the bag is full, so you don’t have to worry about it constantly. Positioning and navigation are generally fast and precise. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to figure things out if the wrong floor is selected or no floor map exists yet, as it will remap the area to ensure thorough coverage. The noise level is what you’d expect from a vacuum like this — it’s noticeable but not too loud, so it doesn’t disrupt daily activities. It tackles spills and smudges with gusto, leaving my hardwood floors gleaming. I almost feel bad walking on them afterwards... almost.Now, about that Alexa integration—I'm still working on it. I might need to bribe the robot with some extra shiny dust particles or teach Alexa to speak robot. Regardless, even without the voice commands, operating this vacuum is a breeze.In conclusion, if you're like me and would rather spend your time doing literally anything else besides cleaning, the Dreame D10 Plus is worth every shiny penny. Very satisfied! Very accurate LIDAR mapping and good vacuum suction. Obstacle avoidance is really great and a lots of customization on the device from suction power, room management, mop functions and remote cleaning via app. Very happy with the product.

All you really need in a robot vacuum, the app works perfectly, the suction is great, self emptying is also brilliant. You can even link it up with scenes within the app itself, with siri or apple home to clean automatically at specific times of the day, and adjust the suction depending.The only thing its lacking is the automatic removal / addition and drying of the mop pad, which is available in the more expensive model. This is fair enough, but putting the mop on will cause it to drag along carpets even if you don't have mopping turned on, so you really have to attach it then move it to the area you want it to mop in.

I've had this for over a year and use it fairly regularly. Overall I am pleased. It was much better priced than equivalents especially for dual hoover/mop plus the self emptying option is great. The one downside is on older carpet that are a a bit worn it is not as efficient. We have a dog and hair do get tangled up in the brushes.

What a brilliant product! I have two very fluffy cats so selected this vacuum for it's high level of suction and also the convenience of it self emptying.It's so convenient to use - just press the button and offit goes! It covers my whole 3 bed house no problems then comes back to the charging station to empty itself - fantastic! I now have clean floors all the time. I haven't tried the app or the mop yet. I've removed hair from the sweeper and wheel a couple of times to ensure smooth running. 100% recommend!

Tried another product and it couldn't map at all well. This one maps very well and navigate obstacles really well.Overall, this is excellent and I'd recommend buying one when an offer can be found.What I would complain about is the mopping functionality, which I don't use now. And occasionally it'll make a meal out of getting back to the base for reasons unknown to me.But 9/10 times, this works really well at keeping the flat hoovered.
