Is going to fit the meta 3. How ever only the mask will be held in place,everything else will be lose in the case. It will hold the after market head gear but with stuff moving around and scratching up. The case is strong, the zipper well made and the eye peace protection is a good fit. I sent it back because I want my stuff strapped down and not moving around in the case.

I like this case quite a bit. It feels sturdy and well-built. No weird smells like some electronics cases have had from Amazon before. It has plenty of room for cables and all.My only gripe is that the listing states that it is compatible first with the 3 and 3S. Some of the imagery also shows the controllers without the tracking rings, so I assumed it was built with the Quest 3 in mind. However, the documentation inside the case clearly shows it was built with the Quest 2 in mind. I worry that my Quest 3 controllers may bounce around more than intended. However, they DO put lens protectors in the case, so I don't have to worry about damage to the lens during transit at the very least.So, TL;DR: This is a case designed for the Quest 2, and is compatible with the Quest 3, not the other way around.

Holds everything I need it to but tight with a battery head strap. With that you have to crank the strap all the way in to make it fit. Other than that it is a good case.

I hunted, compared, measured, made lists…you name it. I wanted a hard case for my son’s new MetaQuest 2 which has a new Kiwi Battery Headstrap, which by the way I also highly recommend for comfort and longer play time). He is the type that will not use the case if he has to take a piece off or I strap something. I needed something he could simply place in its case easily and it would not knock around. This case answered my problem!! It’s big so we did not have to unhook his headstrap and we did not have to make the battery strap smaller to fit! It came with protective lens covers that are easy to place in the lens area. I showed him how to put the handles inside each other on the hand controls and place under the head strap then place the unit inside! There is a Velcro strap to hold everything snug. We got the larger size case. There is also a zipper compartment perfect for cables and chargers. I’m so happy we purchased this one and wish it was just recommended automatically with the Kiwi Battery Headstrap to save everyone some time! I’ll add a picture when my son is not playing on his VR!

I have the Quest 2 and the Kiwi head strap so I needed a larger case. This one is perfect! Not only does it fit my Quest 2 with head strap, I don't even have to crank the strap back down. And, there is a handy separate compartment for chargers and cables. It feels well made and is attractive. Highly recommended.

We bought the regular size one at first and with the bigger head strap purchased, it wouldn't fit very well. This one works good. Some have complained it's for the Oculus 2. Maybe that's the case, but our 3 works good. Of course this one cost a bunch more, but at least now it fits.
