Horrible assembly, great chair
The set up was awful. It took several hours over a few days. At first I was sure I had the wrong size cover and straps, but after much stretching and more than reasonable effort, I got it together. During this process customer support was completely unavailable.All that said, it is an incredibly comfortable chair no matter how I position myself in it.

Would not purchase again
While this chair is cool and has potential, mine has serious flaws. I believe that the issue is that I received a large size frame and a medium size cover. Was able to start assembly, but found that the bottom of the chair cover would not stretch enough to go around the bottom front bar and snap. Unfortunately, no customer service.
