So this sign has this whole distressed look to it, but honestly it is taken just a bit too far. Distressed is great but not when it gets in the way of the design or actually being able to read the words on the sign.I love the idea of the sign, but the fact that some words/letters are a little too distressed is disheartening and I had to gently fill in with pencil so you could even see what it says.The sign is about 11.8 x 15.8 inches and is came with hook things on the back for hanging.I think maybe the sign is meant to look antique and I like that about it, and it looks so beautiful in my home, it could be in any room and it would make sense. I am still happy with this sign even if maybe I didn't anticipate the level of design.
