I love these ankle wts.. They are easy to use on wrist or ankles and no sand leakage.

I am pretty tiny and have a hard time finding things to fit my wrists and ankles. These are perfect, adjustable and fit!

They're a little bit too big for me, I wish I could make them smaller because they are moving a bit on my ankles, but overall great product!

These weights are great, I have had 3 surgeries on my right arm from an accident, starts at shoulder, going through my right hand. My PT person asked me to order these and we used them in work out yesterday afternoon, they work very well and attractive in a pink color a well, The price is reasonable and they are very well-made. My PT person uses your weights a lot with other patients. dg

My wrists are small and it leaves quite a bit room after I fasten it to the shortest length as possible. Just have to put it to the mid section of my forearm. It doesn’t bother me much. I still like it just wish it could be smaller maybe each weight bar could weight more then the band would be shorter to fit smaller wrists.I still recommend this. It’s decent product for its price compared a higher end product.
