O'BOOY = BEWARE DEAD BATTERIES & NO SOFTWARE INSTALLED
This product is excellent in CASE design & appearance.PROBLEM is it doesn't work. NO SOFTWARE INSTALLED except a LOGO ICONWHY? It is shipped with defective expired LITHUM BATTERY that will not CHARGE. After charging for 16 hours the charge cord MUST still be inserted in side of phone to even bring up the logo to be viewed.Therefore I am waiting for another AMAZON ORDER for the required "microSD TFlash card of 32GB", before returning this product as DEFECTIVE. It has been installed now, and NO product PHONE SOFTWARE is installed by Mfgr.It must be noted it is only a 2G network (GSM) product.The Price was reasonable, but BATTERIES are not available from AMAZON for this product. The Phone is useless without SOFTWARE installed to use its menu or Radio. This is a Hong Kong Company pushing a product without any software to retailers.AMAZON is great.... but Should never allow this product sold without pre-inspection and trials inhouse

I am in my 80's and found this mobile phone easy to start up and being hard of hearing I am happy with the loud sound and I do not have to strain to listen to what is being said. Came nicely packed and on time. I would give this phone a good 5 stars.

Has lights that flash even when not in use which seemed a bit of a faff to turn off.
Bought as a gift for 83 year old mother who really likes it. It looks solid, keys are easy to see and it looks good
