Easily adjusted, as you can see I did to suit my needs. I have severe arthritis in the joint I surrounded. This prevents accidentally jamming the finger and setting off more inflammation.Wire is sturdy enough to not be easily damaged while working in the yard. I have metal sensitivity but no reaction so far after 48 continuous wear.I spent a lot more on another site and then lost my ring. I didn't want to spend a lot again so decided to try. These will be my go-to since I'm sure to keep losing them in the yard.

It was to big ..But I do have small hands..It's adjustable..

I love these rings, great quality, super shiny and just plain cute. And wearing copper on my arthritic fingers does seem to help me get thru the day.

The ring with no design is working as expected. The ring with the hearts is not working as well. I have more arthritis in my pinky than my ring finger. Both rings are too big for my pinky ever after adjustment. The heart designed ring is the only one that clamps together close enough to fit my pinky, but it still slides off when washing my hands or wearing lotion. The ring heart shaped design ring is not copper either.

tldr: the magnets are not big enough to have any significant effect on anything. it's a nice looking set of rings but all the claims about their magnetism is B.S.They are not strong enough to trip a hall effect sensor, they can't hold themselves up on a metallic surface that normal magnets have no problem sticking to. so I really doubt that even if the whole magnetic pull as a therapy actually worked that these rings would put out enough Gauss to have any effect, outside of maybe the two little dots on each end which only affecting such a small area would at best create an eddy current as it gets pulled into a semblance of order before being pushed out of the field again think that would only make it feel worse and the effect would be kinda like a magnetically induced clot.

I love these rings! They are inexpensive and not sure if they curb appetite but I get a lot of compliments when I wear them!

Packaged well, nice looking but.....I have arthritis of the most distal third finger joint and frankly this ring rubs the second finger dip joint. This ring might work for the first knuckle but not the distal one. I wanted to like it but they just did not work for my needs.

I like the fact that I have less pain in my hands
