3 of the 4 colors worked with new Sawgrass Update (April 2024)
I purchased this ink after accidentally updating the firmware on my Sawgrass SG500. The firmware update prevented me from printing because I used third party ink. So I took a chance & purchased this ink because the description said it had been updated with the new firmware update. I was mostly lucky. The printer read three of the ink cartridges, only the magenta was unreadable. I replaced the magenta with my old third party ink that was correctly read and I am now able to print again!!

Magenta Quit working
Magenta is not working and now it is telling me to put in the correct ink. I've done nozzle checks and cleaning and aligning nothing has worked. I am so frustrated i bought this because it was on the lower end and I will not be doing that again!
