Multipurpose
Great product, student pieces are easy to change, easy to use. I do wish the surface area for cutting was larger as well as safety guards for not-in-used pieces (reason for 4 star/

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!!
I figured Stainless Steel, easy to clean, long lasting & it will work well. Boy was I wrong.This thing cut horribly. Very cheaply made and as many times as I tried, I could only get it to cut veggies halfway. (See the pic to understand) I Do not recommend buying this. I returned it as soon as I could. Junk.
