Incredible customer service
Easel arrived promptly but one small piece had a split in the wood, I reached out to VISWIN to get a replacement part as the main easel was fine. VISWIN sent a new complete Easel within 24 hours.

Sturdy
got it for my bros wedding to hold a decently heavy mirror decor piece and itâs displayed outside. itâs holding well i have a lot of wind so itâs not budging for the price.

Resolved! Step 5???
Update: seller responded quickly, promises to fix the issue so future customers will not have this issue. While this issue never should have happened, at least seller is willing to resolve it. The easel is beautiful, the parts are labeled clearly and the instructions are clear. Many thanks, Joyce, for all your efforts and professionalism.Original post:We are stuck on step 5. The bolts in package C are not circular and do not match the circular holes - look like âcarriageâ bolts. They have a square section immediately underneath the bolt head. Anyone else have this issue? Otherwise, it looks like it could be perfect for our needs. Yes, I have contacted seller and am awaiting a reply - patiently :)
