Horrible Horrible product.. hasn't worked straight for 10 days.. remains offline for days and then then just pops back up. Extremely poor customer service. Don't purchase any camera products from MI.

It is not suitable for whom don't have broadband internet connection. But camera is good. It's difficult to connect every time.

It has all the features I needed for a cctv to monitor security at home. Night vision, good resolution, audiovisual monitoring, voice control. The device went offline once for some reason, a reset worked well after.
