ZOTFirm Chewy Licorice Beads, 2.2 Pound

Nice stiff chewy licorice, but there is an unpleasant aspartamine like pre taste.Good, but could be better.

This form of their licorice is most familiar to the flavor of what some remember as eating as a treat as children. I buy this for the fun of eating a healthful treat from the past knowing that it is far superior from a healthful ingredient standpoint. Harder chews with harder, more intense licorice flavor. Co-workers enjoy these in small amounts.

Too hard, expected better from this company.

I usually love all licorice but, yikes, this is awful. They are too strong to the point of being bitter. I bought them instead of their licorice stones because those have become too expensive for me. I was hoping they would taste somewhat similar but they don't. I don't think I will buy these again.

Found metal shavings in my licorice and bit into it. Seems like it might be from a drill or some kind of machine.
