Occidental Leather5087 SM Framing Set

I have been in construction for over 12 years now. I've gone through a lot of belts most of them cheap ones. Most of the guys I frame with have occidental belts, I saved up and decided I'd give them a try.I've had the belt for over a month now and I'd never buy anything but occidental again. Once the leather wears in the belt wraps around your hips perfect and feels very natural on your sides. It's doesn't feel big and bulky at all. I did buy the leather suspenders as well to help take some weight off when resting a framing nailer off the pouchs.The quality in the leather and stiching is amazing on these belts! You won't be disappointed and their all hand made in USA which is pretty cool, no cheap stuff from China.

I finally look like a professional!! These bags are simply the best you can get. I have been through numerous, husky, lowes, whatever other box store brand they are pushing and they all need to be replaced within a couple of years. The Occidental is a true lifetime set of bags. Other framers have been trying to get me to get the Occidentals for years and I glad I finally listened. I used these daily for the last year while building my own home and everything is exactly where you'd like it to be. They thought of the work flow and put each pocket and pouch exactly where you need it. Speed square is next to the tape measure and it makes perfect sense!

These bags are amazing! I don't think you could find a better product anywhere. I called the customer service line to verify the seller's on amazon and for help picking the right set of bags for my application. The gentlemen I spoke to could not have treated me better and gave great advice on bag selection. I use this set for everything from framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall and everything else under the sun. The only thing I would change is the hammer loop, Occidental has one with multiple pockets that would come in handy in place of the basic loop shown in between the main bags. The belt is of the highest quality and this whole kit looks and feels like it will be passed down to multiple generations.

Great bags. Love them. Habits of grabbing for certain tools have already adjusted and I've become more efficient by not having to change hands to layout a wall. Plenty of space. Breaking in nicely. 25' Fat Max with the clip removed fits in the tape measure pocket like it was born there. Will recommend to all my coworker.
