Lisen is definitely a company people should support. The first battery I received would only get up to mid 60's when charged. I reached out to them about it not expecting anything as I took a long time to finally install the battery. They were quick to respond and offered to replace the defective battery. I offered to send the other one back to validate I was not making it up. They took my word, and quickly sent out a replacement. The replacement battery fully charges up to 100%, so now I am able to travel with my laptop to do work while I'm in my car need be. Really appreciate their amazing customer service. This is how you put value into sales. Thank you.

Just placed into my Dell laptop and it is "DEAD."

My XPS 15 9570 has been without a usable battery for some time. With the exception of the labels, the QIOUZW 97WH 6GTPY Battery appeared identical to the OEM Dell battery. Oddly, the replacement battery weighed 13 grams more than the original.Installation was straight forward using the included tools, although the phillips-head driver was a size small for two of the screws. The new battery had a 61% charge out of the box and charged to 100% in a short time. The laptop powered up normally and everything seemed fine.After the first charge, Battery Report returned the following data:BATTERY 1NAME DELL T453X66MANUFACTURER LGC-LGC4.64SERIAL NUMBER 864CHEMISTRY LIONDESIGN CAPACITY 97,003 mWhFULL CHARGE CAPACITY 94,324 mWhCYCLE COUNT -After the first charge, the battery lasted about five hours with fairly heavy use. I will continue to monitor the runtime for the first few charges.

This did not work with my Dell laptop!

This battery was a perfect fit to replace the previous battery in my Dell XPS laptop. All the proper screw drivers are included and as soon as I put this battery in my laptop acknowledged it.Battery life has been great too and I notice considerable more time when using my laptop since this battery has been installed.

your dell laptop will reject charging this battery because the vendor never got the OEM authorization to make these batteries, so you can use it for something other than a battery i guess?
