Well priced. Arrived well packaged and in great condition. We took some string and carefully wove it into the inner hat to secure the plastic head piece that comes separated. After we did that the hat stayed on without the need for an under-the-chin ribbon. It was perfect. He looked great in it and he plans to wear it gardening. PERFECT. We got him a wooden walking stick to go along with the b-day theme. Great fun. I'd recommend this hat and would buy it again.

My son wanted a hat like this for a school project, it was shipped quickly and was very high quality. It looked really cool.

I bought this as a joke to U.S. Steel. Since the Japanese are planning to buy USS, I sometimes where this saying it's our new hard hat. All in all, its a good hat for someone in the rice fields. It looks like it will keep the rain and sun off and do what it's supposed to do.

I was a little disappointed that the hat was flatten out to ship. Being of bamboo and my wanting a hat from Asia, I am keeping this hat and will try to shape it back to its original shape. It is a beautiful sun hat that I admire and will keep because the price of this hat was well worth all the wait and steaming that I will do to get this hat looking good. Sorry for my rushing into returning this item, but I realized it came from far away and was made in high quality. Thank you, Ernesto Trevino

Hat shape was crooked because of the shipping (no box or container for hat). The head piece for the hat was small and unattached. The string was not attached and difficult to make it stick to the inside of the hat. Overall, you get what you pay for - cheaply made product. I wouldn’t recommend it. Go get one from a real market.
