These are perfect and MUCH better than other alternatives that claim to serve the same function. The thing that makes these so great is that the underside edges of the rounded heel are rounded/curved and tapered, so they fit really well inside athletic shoes, or any shoe that has a tapered heel cup. Other lifts have very sharp edges along the bottom of the curved heel area, which makes it nearly impossible to have the lift fit all the way back into the heel area — which then results in the lift moving forward after you walk awhile (because it couldn’t seat properly). These lifts stay put. I personally put mine under the insole of my shoe and they work perfectly.
