There are a lot of stacking bento boxes which look great but don't seem to have a secure, leakproof seal.This bento box does not give me that concern (and works great in testing!) The clips on each side really make sure everything is sealed and clipped together.I also love that it's scalable, sometimes we only use one layer, and other days it can be all 3.The top lid of the box did start forming a bit of a fault after lots of use, however the customer service team has been great and are sending out another lid. I'm so glad we can do that rather than having to buy another whole set.

TLDR: Extremely satisfied with this lunchboxI was looking for a lunchbox that I didn’t need to worry about leaks, that had a compartment system that would keep dips/yoghurt/sauces seperate from dry foods, that had good lids so I didn’t have to worry about the bottoms of each container getting messy and also had a metal tray so I could clean off oily foods/sauces a lot easier and sauces wouldn’t really stain/taint the container. It ticks off all of my requirements and more. I have placed pure water in all trays and given it the shake of my life and nothing leaked. I have had stews with thin liquid sauce in there, tumbling around in my bag that did not leak. I recently went on a picnic lunch with it and realised how much of a bonus it is that the cutlery conveniently fits inbetween the layers for easy packed transportation. Yeah I’m just really happy with it, it’s exactly what I was looking for and it’s perfect to have a whole days worth of food packed and ready for work days or weekend trips.

This item looked very good on the pictures and worked very well - for the first few uses. After that one of the boxes got slightly deformed and it became impossible to close it properly and stack up the lunchbox. Not sure if it was due to dishwashing or microwaving, both of which according to the item’s description should have been fine. Had to send it back.

Great lunchbox for work. Being able to split things into different compartments is extremely useful for me at work and allows me to eat better as I am more organised. No issues with leaks and the tin like inserts make cleaning easy as ever. Inserts are slightly on the small side for me personally but to keep portions appropriately sized saves wastage. Overall would recommenced as its a solid product.

Used for the first time last week. Volume is so large that I decided to remove one layer and still had a very filling lunch.Used one of the single non split layers for leftover risotto and reheated it in the microwave. The yellow lid did seem to warp a little and not fit quite as snugly as it did before reheating so something to be aware of as this could affect if it leaks or not. Will be fine for anything non liquid but not had a chance to test it yet with something like soup.The metal inserts seem well made and the box as a whole seems sturdy.

As described. Easy to clean. One of the few with kids for each level.

I don’t normally right a review unless I’m please and happy with the item I bought, wow I’m so surprised how good this lunch box and very useful to have for people like me who like bringing my own food at work even though I work as a chef , there layer bento, pudding on top salad on middle and noodles on the bottom… I definitely recommend to anyone who loves bringing there own dish food at work.

It is leak proof (just top box) and microwave safe, but plastic does deform after time and it's a bit more difficult to take out and put in an aluminium liner. keeps food warm as well. Would benefit if containers are bigger and all of them are leak proof.
