This product is great but sometimes they are out of it

Like the fact that you can get the benefits of fruit without eating it.

For off let me clear up any confusion. This profile is my husbands but he has prime so I use it lol. Why pay twice. I am a women ^^. I hated mixing that bad tasting Metamucil drink every morning now I don't have too! Every women knows the importance of Metamucil after a certain age. it's tasteless my ass! It took two weeks and now I'm regular feel so much better. I take all 6 first thing in the morning, 3 of each. I have a bowl of cereal and a couple of cups of coffee. Then about an hour later I start getting ready for work and Yes that includes pooing lol. I don't feel weighed down, or the need to drink coffee all day to keep my energy up anymore. plus when I get home my feet don't feel like it would be less painful to just cut them off. Balance of Nature is so expensive that i put off trying it for a year even though everyone told me to try it. Then a friend how don't have cash falling out there butt like me turned me on to this. I tried it albeit I was a skeptic, it only took me two weeks and I have a believer. But I need to be brutally honest here. I am not a health nut and the ideal of eating a salad makes me gag. So ya probably way more beneficial to some one like me, then the local Gym Coach. Needed to put that out there.The only thing that sucks about this and the reason I gave it 4 stars is because the capsules are really big and I have to put in a lot of effort to swallow them. I would rather take 12 small capsules every morning, Then 6 big ones. Right, seriously!

These fruit and veggie capsules are over the top. I hesitated due to cost, but decided to try. One month in and my health and energy has completely changed. If you try these capsules you too will have more energy and my digestion has not felt like this in years. I am a senior and recommend this to anyone who is thinking about this product. It is definitely great.

For starters, I’m not a healthcare professional so my opinion is just that. Take it or leave it.My experience: these “vitamins” seem to have one major benefit - fiber. I’m quite regular while taking these. I wouldn’t classify myself as being one who had problems prior but whatever age degradation had occurred in that area down there, seems to have been tightened up from these pills. Others reviews have stated the same.It seems to me that those who claim boundless energy may in fact have bodies which are just normalizing from irregularity. This isn’t something to minimize. Bowel health prevents and avoids all sorts of issues, including just feeling better overall.I’ve attempted to ascertain the nutritional content of these pills. This is unknown and the manufacturer does not publish anything. If these had great amounts of various vitamins in them, then that would be held the highest in their marketing. It isn’t. They only tout fruits and vegetables but no vitamin content. We don’t know their mfg process so we may very well be buying expensive Metamucil. These aren’t regulated by the FDA so you don’t know what you’re getting. I’m fine in accepting these are safe to consume but I’ll now be seeking a “Metamucil” type solution for a fraction of the cost.While I can’t speak from experience on the value of these over the high priced BoN product on the infomercials, I can’t believe the two are any diff because that product also doesn’t state any nutritional content.My take: I really believe that those who suffer from irregularity, and find relief with a fiber supplement are the ones to tout the miracle nature of these fruits and veggie pills. If you don't have any issues in that area, you probably align with those who say it did nothing.So, this product is good for me. I think i can get the exact same benefit for less though.

I am 76 years old. I am healthy but jut no energy. I would have lots of days that I could hardly stay awake and get into what I called a blue funk where I didn't feel like doing anything. I decided to try a brand you see advertised along but they were very pricey so I searched Amazon for something I felt was compatible but less expensive. I found these and they are even organic and I really like that. It took about a week and I was feeling a little more energetic. Now I am amazed how much better I feel and more energy. I highly recommend this product!!

So glad I tried these. I tried Balance of nature and they worked great. I had much more stamina and energy but they were just to pricey. Tried Costco version but they were not effective for me. Tried the Terra brand with the same great results as B of N but these are organic so I have to conclude they are better and more affordable. Score! I highly recommend you give them a try. I love that they are capsules so they are easy to swallow. I take other vitamins so I’m only taking 2 of each per day.
