Ordered two of these fans, one arrived DOA. Neither one of the included CDs were readable. I was able to find software that was compatible with the working fan, but the UI was an utter disappointment. Each text string had a different color, but there was no way I could find to mix text colors within a single string. Also, the text displayed on the fan was inverted from what was shown on the screen. I literally needed to flip the text in the image editor before it was oriented correctly on the fan.
