It's decent
Likes: The look and feel of the case suggests that it is made of good quality materials, my tablet fits perfectly, and I appreciate the built-in strap that keeps helps prevent accidental openings. All buttons, speakers, and ports are easily accessible.Dislikes: I thought it would be easy to turn from landscape to portrait mode, but it's not. Because it so easily collapses, I have to lay it flat and then turn it with both hands. In portrait mode, the case cannot support the weight of my tablet (a little over 1lb), as it will slip out of the notches and fall back if not leaned against something to hold it up. Also, tablet will slip out of notches in landscape mode if not supported. Due to health issues (mainly arthritis) I chose this case to try and make using my tablet a little less painful...sorry to say that didn't happen. Although it didn't work well for me, I hope others will enjoy a much better experience.😇

Grooves not deep enough
The case is nice enough, however the grooves that allow you to set it either landscape or portrait are not deep enough. The tablet keeps falling out if the grooves.

Now I realize that with the swivel feature it flops around. I am getting used to the utility of it and like it.

The slots that are designed to hold tablet in place for horizontal playing do not hold it in place. The tablet continues to fall.I returned this item
