Good flavour, lavender not overpowering in taste, gummy so easy to chew and swallow, not too sweet. Helps sleep better and feel calmer/rested. Can still take an hour or so to actually fall asleep, but definitely more relaxed.

I got this because most of the reviews said it workedIt didn't for me, no drowsiness, no sleepiness, nothing.However they do taste good so there a good snack

My mother took this one and on the first night it managed to make her fall asleep. This product for me as a very active 30 year old male, you have to give it some time maybe 4weeks+ till you notice some difference. I had issues waking up at night, but this product has helped me to stay asleep throughout the night. If you are young taking this product, you have to be patient and give at least 2 months before noticing a difference in the quality of your sleep. I do take 3 products along with this though, ZMA, chamomile tea & Genius together everyday before bed.

For me they don’t help me to sleep

By far the best product I’ve used.Highest level of 5HTP. I could feel the effect as soon I as I started using it.It tastes good while being sugar free.I take it like a nice gummy sweet before bed, but a sweet that does good to me. :)I’ve been using it for a few days, and already feeling the effects of a good night sleep, and refreshed in the morning.I used to dread going to bed, but I look forward to bed time now.It’s been great for me!

I saw no change to my sleep at all with these, but without me contacting the seller they reached out to me to see what they could do to resolve the issue I had.While the product didn't live up to my expectations the customer services did

I started taking the product just about a week ago, moving away from other sleeping aids that work but make me tired and sluggish the next day. With Genius Zzzz however, I was able to get a deep enough sleep while keeping nice and alert the next morning.I recommend for anyone that suffers sleepless nights.

Honestly been taking these for a few days and feeling the effect already, I am having much deeper sleep. I've also change my sleep routine now, so 1 hour before bed I stop using my phone and read a book. So I think changing my habits and combining this gummy has definitely change the quality of my sleep. Would recommend!
