BrushtechCoffee Grinder Dusting Brush

I love it! It's full, soft, somewhat firm and doesn't shed. I wanted it for clean up after grinding flaxseeds, and it does a great job. I also love the fact that it's dishwasher safe.

What can I say? It does what it's supposed to: cleans my coffee grinder. Yes, it could be a little stiffer for that fine, caked residue in the corners; but a couple extra swipes will do the job.

I use this to clean up my Krups electric spice/coffee grinder. The brush does a great job cleaning all the residuals out of the chamber and holds up to the blades quite well I really like this brush - it's performing as I had hoped.

We recently purchased a new brush after many years dissatisfied after the "natural" brush's early demise. Or, exit to the nearest disposal unit! Buying a new grinder recently, we carefully choose this one because it was affordable, non-natural, and it might work. Who knows? Had to quickly let others know: this brush does the job, holds up under constant use, and serves the purpose. It may not be natural, or the Best; but, it works better than our previous, pricey "natural" brush. Gave it Four-Stars: it should be 4.5 on the Five point scale. Price was not used as criteria.

I use this brush to get slightly oily, compacted ground coffee out of a small grinder every morning and into a French press. It is just right for that purpose, although slightly stiffer bristles would probably let me do the job with fewer repeated strokes. This brush has lasted almost a year now, and looks as though it will be fine for a few more. The plastic bristles do not come out, and can be washed easily. There is nothing remarkable about this brush, but I do appreciate a simple product that just works. Incidentally, a different brand of coffee grinder brush, with natural bristles and a wooden handle, proved too soft to do the job effectively (although it turned out to be great for cleaning debris out of computer keyboards!)

brushes are far too soft...i use french roast and the oil that comes from the beans causes the ground coffee to stick to the grinder...the bristles on this brush failed miserably, not even making a dent in the grounds...not sure what else i can use it for so haven't thrown it away yet...at least it didn't cost much and only bought it to get me free shipping on the other items i ordered.

Made in USA a huge plus. Wanted to like it much more than I do. Small and easy to use brush, but not effective in cleaning my coffee grinder. Standard grinder so nothing odd to clean. The brush simply does not do a good job in removing the grinds. I brushed several times and still had ground coffee left in the grinder. Disappointed.

Like the title says this brush is sized perfectly. Now the bad news, the bristles just are not stiff enough to really reach into the nooks and cranny's of the grinding chanber. If the brush's bristles were 20 to 30% stiffer, it would be perfect and receive 5 stars without a question. It's useable but requires too much time and lots of brush motion to achieve the task.
