Dental Fresh Water Additive for Dogs, Original Formula, 8oz – Dog Breath Freshener and Dog Teeth Cleaning for Dog Dental Care– Add to Water

Are use this product because my daughters dog who lives with me now had a horrible breath. Couldn’t be within a foot of her. her breath is now tolerable and not bad at all! Her teeth looks cleaner as well. She does have a dental appointment will get her teeth cleaned and we will see. But plan on continuing use of it as I have another Yorky that just had hers cleaned and want to continue. I feel the product is making thier teeth Look a little lighter as well.

I have a Chihuahua and cleaning his teeth is a struggle so I chose to use Dental Fresh a water additive. It gently whitens and eliminates bad breath so very easy to use

I'm not your typical Chihuahua. I'm what you would refer to as a ChiWowWow. I like to look good for my honeys and that includes taking care of my nails, coat and remaining teeth. Seeing as I'm part fiercely ferocious and part numpty neurotic, typical dental hygiene measures seldom work out. I have a stash of buried toothbrushes and finger wipes I keep as trophies. No company ever got rich by overestimating what I want to put in my mouth.This Dental Fresh Water Additive, however, isn't bad. It came into my life more than two years ago and worked really well back then. It seems to me now, that it brightened my teeth and freshened my breath in a matter of a couple of weeks. My personal assistants, however, neglected to order some for quite a while after I finished the second bottle. (They've been dealt with for dropping the ball on that - and it wasn't pretty).A couple of months ago, I began getting the impression that my breath resembled foul soccer cleats. For one, my Shih tZu neighbor turned her nose up at my proposal for a moonlit stroll. Moonlight strolls are her favorite. Luckily (and good for them), my personal assistants were more observant of my needs, and they seemed to think that the kisses I deign to impart upon them every so often, smelled far fishier than the Fish Oil I demand in my grub. As such, they purchased another bottle of this stuff and I've been using it for almost a month. Much to my chagrin (what isn't?), I seem to recall this stuff being much better and faster-acting when I first tried it two years ago. My breath is better than it was a couple of months back, and I notice that my teeth are beginning to whiten, but the first time my assistants bought this, the results were pretty great and they happened a lot faster. I presume the formula might have been changed either because it was too good at fixing oral issues, or to make it more palatable now, which it is. Could be I'm just remembering it wrong - but that doesn't happen often. As far as I'm concerned, we're keeping this on the shopping list. Moonlit walks are back on the calendar.

This stuff works wonders. My puppy had old man coffee breath bad. It was hard to deal with, but now his breath smells so much better. His breath is as fresh as a dog's breath could be. It's not expensive & it only takes a tablespoon per water bowl fill up.

So far this seems to work. Her breath isn’t any worse anyway! I like that there is no flavor or scent. The dog does not seem to notice the additive.

I was researching options when my pup got back from his trainer’s with bad breath. He was also losing his teeth at the time and I couldn’t figure out what may have caused it as his diet hadn’t really change much. At first he wasn’t drinking this as he used to do I learned the amount I put in but over time he’s gotten used to it. I dilute it more than the recommendation but his breath has no odor.

This stuff really works. By the looks if my 6 yo dog you would never know she was that old. Fresh breath and white teeth

Whatever that protective foil/plastic is that you break to get to the product after unscrewing the cap? That is awful. It disintegrates and gets into the product. Poking it doesn't work because soon enough if starts disintegrating that way. Trying to peel it all off at once doesn't work because it starts disintegrating right away and there are still bits of it on the rim that I can't get off but eventually float into the liquid. Either way, I end up spending time fishing bits of foily plastic from my dog's water.It's a very good product otherwise, which makes it frustrating. I'll keep using it because it does seem to help, and I need MUCH less per ounce of water than with the Arm & Hammer stuff. Much, much better value, but it means a bit of work.

For couple of years now, my 7-year-old Toller had developed a truly bad breath. If in the car, I had to open a window as it was not tolerable!Dog chews, treats, teeth brushing, nothing worked. Only a spray could help for couple minutes...I tried the Bluestem water addictive, which didn’t change anything.Then, YEAH! Tried this one 10 days ago. What an amazing change in her breath! She seems to like it, as the water get drunk normally. It suggests one tsp per cup of water, but I even put slightly less and the difference is highly noticeable.Now, I don’t mind having my dog closer to me.Highly recommend you to try it, especially at this low price!

Worked pretty well for our dog. He does not mind the taste although does not love it.The only issue is its quite expensive for a large dog to use. However other brands are not much cheaper, so it might just be high cost of ingredients.
