Ninetonine Bonded Nylon Sewing Thread, Curved Needles, Scissors and Thimble Tools Kits (Black)

This spool of thread is perfect for sewing items that are thicker. The needles are perfect for any job and the scissors also work very well to cut the thread. My only complaint is the thimble does not work well but that isn’t why I bought the spool.

I bought this kit to fix a ripped seam on a duffle bag while I was on a recent trip.My stitching is shoddy looking and very amateur and still it has held together.

This set is great for the most part. However, some smaller straight needles would be nice.Nevertheless, those needles can be found in most sewing kits.The thread itself has so far proven to be durable.

Good value and very strong thread.

I noticed some of my couch cushions were starting to fray around the seams and started to panic. I found this kit on amazon and decided to give it a shot. The couches have been stitched up tight (not too terrible looking even with my lack of experience!). The needle was durable and strong, the thread felt secure and strong. A great kit for somebody with no experience, includes more than you'll ever need at a reasonable price.

Perfect I used it to sow a waterslide

This IS nylon, contrary to other review. I burned it and smelled it to confirm. Smells just like real 550 para cord when burnt. I’m running it in a Bernina machine without problems, just have to put it on a smaller spool. Snips don’t look like the ones pictured, but are sharp and work well.

Nylon was very strong but the needles was very cheap breaks easily. After two broken needles in the process of sewing had to run to the local store and buy better needles to finish the job.

The thread is totally miscoloured from the advertised, received a bright tan instead of the greenish colour shown in the image, and the snippers suck.They arrived completely misaligned with blades bent inwards so far the snips keep slipping out of alignment.The thread quality is fine but that's no excuse, do better, you failures.

I finally got around to fixing my leather couch seat, used the curved needle and worked great. Needle went through the leather with no issues as there was preexisting holes from where it came apart and the thread is nice and smooth and strong. I'm glad I purchased this kit.
