Doesn't work for long
Keyboard stopped working after a mere 2 months. Would not recommend.

NOT disability friendly, Not human friendly, not useable
This keyboard was, for some reason, marketed for those with disabilities. This requires more tactile input, more physical control, and requires excellent eyesight to use. From a disability standpoint this is possibly the least accessible computer input device I've ever operated. As an Assistive Technology specialist, I can not recommend it.In fact, I can't recommend it for anyone. I was, after 3 days of use, up to 6 words per minute. The indicators on the left wheel are also incorrect (alt, for example, is completely wrong), the F-keys require the manual to find since they're not indicated on the wheel, and the ability to hold down multiple keys is almost impossible.It's also painful to use as you are almost constantly pushing down on the left "wheel". You can't hold down keys for game play, and you can barely see the indicated keys around the left wheel due to the coloration and type-size.The one we were testing started malfunctioning after just 6 weeks of use with a single operator.Don't buy this.
