ZULU Echo Kids Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Silicone Sleeve

This is my second of this brand/ style. It works perfectly for my toddler. It does leak if the lid isn't snapped shut but that's the only thing I've found. Easy to clean and fill up. Ice cubes fit fine and stays cold for a little while longer then most we've tried.

I bought this thermos because I'm a clumsy adult who who routinely knocks over anything without a lid and needed a water bottle that wouldn't melt if i left it in my car on a hot summer afternoon. This thermos has been a lifesaver. I like all my zulu products but this one is my favorite. It keeps drinks cold on long road trips - i drink all my other bottles first and leave this one for last so i can enjoy maximum refreshment even if I've been driving for hours. Because it has a built in straw it's easy to use while driving.I've also used it to carry water for my dog in a pinch and it's really easy to pour water out of the straw! But the lid pinches the straw to prevent leaking during travel. It fits right in my dog care bag too.I wish it were a little bigger! Obviously this model was designed for kids but it's honestly a winner and I'd buy myself more if i thought my spouse would let me keep them all.The flip top is also very satisfying and makes a great fidget.

Great cup if you or your child likes to have a cold drink all day, however the cup is a bit bulky and heavy for a small child. My 5 & 6 y/o leave them at school constantly due to this. They are too heavy to put in their lunch box, and the "cup holder" on the side of their book-bags are not strong enough to hold this cup, plus the rubber protector around the cup makes it very hard to push into the holder on the side of the bag also. Other than this the cup is good, neat looking bright colors, you can lock it so it doesn't leak, and it's easy to clean. Just wish it wasn't so heavy...Also (this has nothing to do with the cup) but I do notice on my order summery it says the shipment was handed to a resident. This is not true at all. I was home, however the Amazon driver basically threw the small box onto my doorstep from about 5-8 feet away, did not knock on my door, didn't even come close enough to my house to knock or ring the doorbell (which is fine he didn't have to do this)... I was working in my computer room and clearly saw him toss my package. I walked outside he was gone in a flash and the box was laying sideways at the very tip of the doorstep. Had I not been home this could have been easily picked up by someone looking to steal packages... which, let's be honest happens all the time these days. I understand these drivers are probably handling large quantities of packages throughout the day and they are probably timed, which makes the feel rushed, and he was probably exhausted from the heat in the middle of Summer but this would've literally taken another couple of seconds to walk those couple of extra feet to place the box somewhere safe and not throw it... I'm sure anyone can understand this, and would agree.

It is not leakproof when the top is open. super easy to clean. We have three. One has a broken lid but the warranty covers a replacement lid.

My daughter went through many water bottles because they would always break or leak. I have now gotten her several different zulu bottles for school and activities and none of them disappoint. They very durable and keep tgd water cold for hours. The straw is removable which makes it easier to clen .Plus she loves the fun colors the come in.

It is an amazing bottle! Easy to clean.The button to release the cap is a bit too hard and it requires a bit of pressure very close to the clasp and not on the button itself, my 5 year old daughter can open it now that she knows the trick. It doesn't leak and the lock button works fine. I find the product durable and it does keep the water cold for a long time.I get asked frequently by other parents in the park about the bottle and I highly recommend it every time!

I only gave 4 stars because you have to be very careful when tightening the lid or it will leak. Also, the "cover" is hard to remove to clean. It is very durable. No concerns when dropped. Overall, it is what I expected and needed and it does keep drinks cold.

2 Year Update - I still LOVE this bottle! The latch on my son’s bottle doesn’t work properly any more, it pops open, from time to time, even in locked position, but the rest of the bottle in completely in tact. I just ordered him another one, in a different color. My 12yo’s is perfectly fine/working as it should. Two years after our initial purchase and it is still, for us, the perfect bottle!2years algo (original review) I love it! Bought this for my 6yo to take to school so I needed something that was leak proof, but easy enough to open and sturdy enough for all the drops and dings one can expect from a kid this age. So far, it's holding up great! The look is cool too! My son loves it, especially because it matches his backpack.Update: It’s been 3 months and the bottle is still holding up really well. Some minor scratches on the lid, but other than that no other issues. I liked it so much, I ordered one for my 11yo too (to replace a Contigo bottle that was purchased at the same time and is in worse shape than this one)

Love this product, so purchase an additional one. Beverages stay cold until next day, easy to clean in the dishwasher. Throwing out all my other water bottles.
